I. General Terms
Terms of Service – these terms of service
Website – the website located on the Internet at the main address https://logistics-docs.com/, other language versions of the site and all its subpages
Service – the internet service available on the Internet at the main address https://app.logistics-docs.com/, enabling access to Services
Service Provider – the company “Raman Aktsisiuk” with registered office at: Poland, 26-604 Radom, Henryka Sienkiewicza 36, apt. 5, Tax ID (NIP): 7963011774
User – any natural person accessing the Website or Service and using services provided through the Website or Service by the Service Provider.
Electronic Communication – Communication between parties via electronic mail (e-mail).
II. General Provisions
The Terms of Service define the rules for the operation and use of the Website and Service and specify the scope of rights and obligations of Users and the Service Provider related to the use of the Website and Service.
The subject of the Service Provider’s services is to provide:
An informational Website and blog containing educational and industry content related to logistics and transport documentation
An application Service enabling the creation, management and export of logistics documents (CMR, transport orders) within purchased Subscription Plans
Any content, articles and information containing features of instructions or advice published on the Website or Service are only a general collection of information and are not directed to individual Users. The Service Provider is not responsible for their use by Users.
The User takes full responsibility for the manner of using the materials made available as part of the Website and Service, including for using them in accordance with applicable law.
The Service Provider does not provide any guarantee as to the suitability of materials posted on the Website or Service.
The Service Provider is not liable for any damage suffered by Users of the Website or Service or third parties in connection with the use of the Website or Service. All risks associated with using the Website and Service, and in particular with using and utilizing information posted on the Website or Service, are borne by the User using the Website or Service.
II.A. Distinction between Business Users and Consumers
Business Users (B2B): The Service is primarily intended for enterprises (logistics companies) and persons conducting business activity. If a User uses the Service as part of their business activity, they are a Business User. Business Users are not covered by the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act.
Consumers (B2C): If a User uses the Service for private purposes (not related to business activity), they are a Consumer. Consumers have additional rights arising from the Consumer Rights Act, including the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days (with exceptions, see below) and the right to complaint.
Withdrawal from the contract by a Consumer: In accordance with Article 38 point 13 of the Consumer Rights Act, the right to withdraw from the contract does not apply in the case of providing digital services, if the performance has begun with the express consent of the Consumer before the expiry of 14 days and after informing them about the loss of the right of withdrawal. By activating the account and starting to use the Service, the Consumer expressly consents to the immediate commencement of the service and acknowledges that they lose the right to withdraw from the contract.
III. Terms of Use of the Service
Use of the Website by each User is free and voluntary. Use of the Service requires registration and may be provided under the Free Plan (free of charge) or paid Subscription Plans.
Users are obliged to read the Terms of Service and other documents constituting its integral part and must accept all of its provisions in order to continue using the Website or Service.
Users may not use any personal data obtained from the Website or Service for marketing purposes.
- Technical requirements for using the Website and Service:
device with a display enabling the display of web pages,
internet connection,
any web browser that displays web pages in accordance with W3C Consortium standards and provisions and supports websites provided in HTML5,
enabled JavaScript support,
enabled Cookie file support
In order to ensure the security of the Service Provider, Users and other Users using the Website or Service, all Users using the Website and Service should follow generally accepted security rules on the network.
- Actions performed personally by Users or using software are prohibited:
without written consent, decompilation and analysis of source code,
without written consent, causing excessive load on the Website or Service server,
without written consent, attempts to detect vulnerabilities in the Website or Service security and server configuration,
attempts to upload or inject into the server and database code, scripts and software that could damage the Website or Service software, other Users or the Service Provider,
attempts to upload or inject into the server and database code, scripts and software that could track or steal data of Users or the Service Provider,
undertaking any actions aimed at damaging, blocking the operation of the Website or Service or preventing the realization of the purpose for which the Website or Service operates.
In the event of detecting the occurrence or potential occurrence of a Cybersecurity incident or GDPR violation, Users should first report this fact to the Service Provider in order to quickly remove the problem/threat and secure the interests of all Users of the Website or Service.
IV. Terms and Rules of Registration
Users can use the Service without the need for registration.
Users must be registered and have an account in the Service to use additional services provided in the Service, available only to Users after logging in.
Registration in the Service is voluntary.
Registration in the Service is free of charge.
Each User may have only one account in the Service.
Technical requirements related to account registration: having an individual e-mail account.
Users registering in the Service consent to the processing of their personal data by the User to the extent to which they were entered into the Service during the registration process and their subsequent changes or deletion.
The Service Provider has the right to suspend or delete User accounts at its own discretion, thus preventing or limiting access to individual or all services, content, materials and resources of the Service, in particular if the User violates the Terms of Service, generally applicable law, the rules of social coexistence or acts to the detriment of the Service Provider or other Users, the legitimate interest of the Service Provider and third parties cooperating or not with the Service Provider.
Any services of the Service may be changed in terms of their content and scope, added or subtracted, and also temporarily suspended or access to them may be limited, according to the free decision of the Service Provider, without the possibility of objection in this regard by Users.
- Additional security rules regarding the use of the account:
Users registered in the Service are prohibited from sharing their login and password for their account with third parties.
The Service Provider does not have the right and will never require the User to provide a password for the selected account.
- Account deletion:
Every User with an account in the Service has the option to independently delete the account from the Service.
Users can do this after logging in to the panel in the Service.
Deleting an account results in the deletion of all identifying data of the User and anonymization of the username and e-mail address.
V. Terms of Communication and Provision of Other Services in the Service
The Service provides contact data in the form of: E-mail address
In case of contact between the User and the Service Provider, personal data of Users will be processed in accordance with the
Privacy Policy
, which is an integral part of the Terms of Service.
Procedure for submitting complaints and grievances: Users may submit complaints regarding the operation of the Service or services provided by sending an e-mail message to: support@logistics-docs.com. The complaint should include a description of the problem, the User’s contact details and the request. The Service Provider will consider the complaint within 14 business days from the date of its receipt and will inform the User about the manner of its consideration by electronic means. In the case of complaints requiring additional explanations, the deadline may be extended, about which the User will be informed.
VI. Collection of Data about Users
In order to properly provide services through the Website and Service, secure the legal interest of the Service Provider and to ensure compliance of the Website and Service’s operation with applicable law, the Service Provider collects and processes some data about Users through the Website and Service.
In order to properly provide services, the Website and Service use and save some anonymous information about the User in cookie files.
The scope, purposes, method and rules for data processing are available in the annexes to the Terms of Service:

Data collected during registration in the Service: Username, first and last name, e-mail address
In the case of logged-in Users (having an account in the Service), a User identifier associated with the User’s account may be placed in the cookies saved on the User’s device.
VII. Copyrights
The owner of the Service and the copyrights to the service is the Service Provider.
Some of the data posted on the Service is protected by copyrights belonging to companies, institutions and third parties not related in any way to the Service Provider, and are used on the basis of obtained licenses or based on a free license.
In accordance with the Copyright Act, the use, copying, or reproduction of information posted on the Website or Service is prohibited except as permitted by law.
VIII. Changes to the Terms of Service
All provisions of the Terms of Service may be changed unilaterally by the Service Provider at any time, without giving reasons.
Information about changes to the Terms of Service will be sent electronically to Users registered in the Service.
In the event of changes to the Terms of Service, its provisions come into force immediately after its publication for Users without an account in the Service.
In the event of changes to the Terms of Service, its provisions come into force with a 7-day transition period for Users with accounts in the Service registered before the change of the Terms of Service.
It is considered that every User who continues to use the Website or Service after the change of the Terms of Service accepts it in its entirety.
IX. Subscription and Payment Terms
1. Subscription Plans
The Service offers the following subscription plans:
Free Plan – free plan with a limited number of documents per month
Basic Plan – paid plan with an extended number of documents per month
Pro Plan – premium paid plan with the largest number of documents per month and priority technical support

2. Prices and Billing Cycle
Prices for paid plans are quoted in US dollars (USD) and charged monthly in advance
Prices do not include taxes (VAT, sales tax). Taxes will be charged in accordance with the regulations applicable in the User’s country
The first billing period begins on the day the paid subscription is activated
Subsequent billing periods begin automatically on the monthly anniversary of the activation date
3. Payment Processing – Polar.sh as Merchant of Record
Payments are processed by Polar.sh, which acts as Merchant of Record
Polar.sh is responsible for collecting payments, issuing invoices, calculating and remitting taxes and processing refunds
By using the paid plans of the Service, the User also accepts Polar.sh Terms of Service and Polar.sh Privacy Policy available at: https://polar.sh/legal
The Service Provider does not store payment card data or other payment data of the User
4. Document Limits
Each subscription plan includes a specific monthly document limit (CMR, transport order)
Specific limits for each plan are displayed on the pricing page and in the user panel
The document limit is automatically renewed on the first day of each calendar month
Unused documents from the previous month do not carry over to the next month
After reaching the monthly document limit, the User must upgrade to a higher plan to continue creating documents in the current month
In the user panel, the current limit usage and renewal date are always visible
5. Changing Subscription Plan
Upgrade (moving to a higher plan):Upgrade is effective immediately
The charge for the new plan will be calculated proportionally (pro-rata) for the remaining billing period
The unused amount from the previous plan will be deducted from the charge for the new plan
Downgrade takes effect from the beginning of the next billing period
The User retains access to the features of the current plan until the end of the paid period
If the User uses features unavailable in the lower plan, these features will be deactivated after the billing period ends
6. Subscription Cancellation
The User may cancel the paid subscription at any time through the user panel in the Service
Subscription cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period
After cancellation, the User retains access to the features of the paid plan until the end of the paid period
After the paid period ends, the account will be automatically transferred to the Free Plan
User data (documents, customers, transport orders) are not deleted after subscription cancellation and remain available within the Free Plan (subject to its limits)
The User may reactivate the paid subscription at any time
7. Refund Policy
Subscriptions are charged monthly in advance and are non-refundable after the billing period begins
Exception: In the event of a technical error preventing the use of the Service for more than 48 hours, the User may request a proportional refund
Refund requests should be submitted to Polar.sh in accordance with their refund policy: https://polar.sh/legal/terms
The Service Provider reserves the right to grant a refund at its own discretion in justified cases (e.g., double charge, system error)
8. Failed Payments
In the event of a failed payment (e.g., insufficient funds, expired card), the User will be notified by email about the failed payment
The subscription will be automatically cancelled and the account transferred to the Free Plan
The User may reactivate the paid subscription at any time after updating payment details
The Service Provider is not liable for loss of access to paid plan features as a result of failed payment
9. Price Changes
The Service Provider reserves the right to change subscription plan prices at any time
Users with an active paid subscription will be notified of price changes with 30 days’ notice electronically (e-mail)
New prices take effect from the beginning of the next billing period after the notice period expires
Users may cancel their subscription before the price change takes effect
10. Taxes
All prices quoted in the Service are net prices (excluding VAT)
Polar.sh as Merchant of Record is responsible for calculating, collecting and remitting the appropriate taxes (VAT, sales tax) in accordance with the User’s country regulations
An invoice containing all taxes will be automatically issued by Polar.sh and sent to the User’s e-mail address
11. Free Plan – Special Terms
The Free Plan is available free of charge and indefinitely
The Service Provider reserves the right to:
Change document limits in the Free Plan with 7 days’ notice
Limit access to some features in the Free Plan in the future
Discontinue the Free Plan and transfer all users to paid plans (with 30 days’ notice and the ability to export data)
In case of abuse or violation of the Terms of Service, the Service Provider may suspend or delete the Free Plan account without refund
12. Enterprise and Custom Solutions
For companies requiring custom solutions (higher limits, dedicated support, integrations), Enterprise plans are available. Enterprise plan terms are established individually in a separate agreement. Contact for Enterprise plans: support@logistics-docs.com
X. Data Ownership and Export Rights
1. User Data Ownership
The User retains full ownership rights to all data entered into the Service, including:
Documents (CMR, transport order)
Customer, employee and driver data
Any content created within the use of the Service
2. License for the Service Provider
The User grants the Service Provider a limited, non-exclusive license to process data solely for the purpose of providing Service services, including:
Storing data on Service servers
Generating and sending documents via email
Providing access to documents via QR codes
Performing backups
3. Right to Export Data
The User has the right to export their data at any time. The Service enables export of documents in PDF and JSON formats (to be implemented in the future). Data can be exported individually or in bulk via the user panel.
4. Data Deletion
After ceasing to use the Service or deleting the account, User data is stored for 30 days, in accordance with the Privacy Policy. After this period, data is permanently deleted, unless the law requires longer storage (e.g., accounting obligations).
5. Ownership of Templates and Document Format
CMR documents are generated in accordance with the international CMR standard (Convention on the Contract for the International Carriage of Goods by Road). The CMR format is a public standard. Generated documents belong to the User and may be freely used by them.
XI. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from the use of the Service are governed by Polish law.
Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service or use of the Service will be resolved by the courts competent for the Service Provider’s registered office, i.e., courts in Radom, Poland, subject to absolutely binding provisions regarding the competence of courts in consumer matters.
Consumers (natural persons using the Service for private purposes) may bring disputes to the court competent according to the provisions on general competence (consumer’s place of residence).
In the case of consumer disputes, the consumer may use out-of-court dispute resolution methods, including mediation proceedings conducted by provincial inspectorates of the Trade Inspection or submit a request for dispute resolution on the ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) online platform available at:
XII. Final Provisions
The Service Provider will make every effort to ensure that the Service is offered continuously. However, it is not liable for interruptions caused by force majeure or unauthorized interference by Users, third parties or the operation of external automated programs.
The Service Provider reserves the right to change any information posted on the Service at the time chosen by the Service Provider, without the need to notify Users using the Service.
The Service Provider reserves the right to temporarily, completely or partially disable the Service in order to improve it, add services or carry out maintenance, without prior notice to Users.
The Service Provider reserves the right to permanently disable the Service without prior notice to Users.
The Service Provider reserves the right to assign in part or in whole all of its rights and obligations related to the Service, without the consent and the possibility of raising any objections by Users.
